So I did not bring the correct version of my birth certificate to my interview and have been told to upload the correct one to ceac.state.gov/iv. however after I enter my details in, this is all that comes up. I press okay and it just logs me out and I have to sign in again. Any idea what is going on? I have sent the London Embassy an email with a scan of my correct birth certificate and asked them what I should do. I have also been instructed by them to send in the document via DX courier which I intend to do this saturday. If the CEAC website continues to not work for me, will this be enough? I feel I've waited so long for my approval/ interview, it would suck if this one document delayed things further. .thumb.jpeg.740b40c7a1286dc570c5e78219d1fad4.jpeg)

Hi there, I arrived into the US on an IR1 on 05-Mar-21. I updated my address at the point of entry and have already received my green card. I have not, however, received my social security. Should I be concerned? I was expecting the green card to arrive much later than the green card. (I appreciate it can take 3 weeks for the social security card to arrive, but the sequencing has confused me!) (To be clear: I ticked the box in my application that I would like to receive a social security number.) Many thanks!

Hi everyone!! I am a Uk citizen married to a us citizen, we currently reside in the states and I am currently on that 18 month extension letter waiting for my 10 year green card. Our plan was always to move to the UK at some point and I have been offered a job over there and I am trying to lay out all the facts/pros/cons about whether we should move or suck it up and wait to get my passport etc. Concerns of mine are as follows: 1. if I were to move and officially abandon my green card can I enter into the US on an esta in the future when wanting to visit family/in-laws 2. as I came in on an esta last time then got married/adjusted status will this cause a red flag when entering again? Or will I be fine if I show I have ties to the Uk like job/house/return flight? many thanks! anastasia

Hello! My fiance and I are applying for a K1 Visa. We are trying to find more information on if Covid is considered an exemption that falls under extreme circumstances for the requirement of having met, in-person, within the last 2 years. As much as we would love to be together by now, this pandemic has made it impossible. Can you please advise me on the K1 process as it currently stands? Thank you

Hello, We filled our I-129F Form for a K1 Visa at the Lewisville lockbox and was received on 24th February 2021, however we have still not received our NOA1. From what I read there's some delays for people receiving their NOA1's. Is this normal at the time? Thanks a lot in advance.
