Hi all, Sorry am new here and I'm sure you get tired of the same questions being asked all the time but couldn't see a more appropiate place to ask. I've been trying to schduele an appointment for my K1 interview since last March, obviously I know the pandemic slowed everything down but I don't know if this is affecting everyone or just me? I recently only ever saw one appointment came up last week but this was too soon as I needed to redo my medical and all my police certificates and records as these had all expired since I got them all done in last year but never was able to get an appointment. We were approved in January to set an appointment but while I was getting all my documents and starting a new job I couldn't finish the process and I was trying to schedule my interview by the time lockdowns really hit so never had any luck. I did my medical in September once things opened up again but could never book my interview so just wasted all that money, Is there a time when new interviews go up? I'm looking for any help cause I've had no luck and it's been a year and a half since we started this process and I've just been stuck for so long, any help is welcome. Thanks.

Hello everyone I hope there is someone here that can help with clarification on our issue. We've not been able to access our online account on uscis for the past one year and we did not understand what the issue is, we worry if we have an RFE we may not know because of this. Whenever we try to login it respond with "you have to confirm your email address before continuing" but there has never been a confirmation email received. Before now, we always receive a verification code on the email but it stopped My husband has called them twice to know if there is something that can be done about it and they said they are going to send a link to the registered email address but there was nothing like that except a satisfaction survey or something like that Please we will appreciate any help that we can get with clarification. Thank you so much for your help in advance

Hi! Couldn't seem to find an answer to this... So we applied for my USC wife's parents around the new year. At the time, with some covid uncertainty and other things going on we wanted to at least start the process. Honestly thought it would take longer. Got notified this morning that the cases were approved. As far as I'm aware, the I-130 approval doesn't expire, but they aren't quite in a position to be able to move within the next year. I'm assuming the process hasn't changed a ton since we did my wife's visa 5-6 years ago? I figure that we can drag our feet a little bit and that the NVC has some backlogs. But is it possible to just not apply for the visa and delay processing for a little bit? Maybe a year? Just don't want them to think we've abandoned the case. Of course I know the other option is to have them finish processing, move over long enough to get their green cards/ssn/etc and then go back (for less than a year) to tie up loose ends. But didn't know if there was a way to just put the case on hold with the NVC once they receive it. Thanks!

Hi all, My US Citizen wife lived in the UK with me when we submitted the I-130 in August 2020, but moved home in December 2020 and awaits my arrival. Should we have updated USCIS with the new US address immediately, or are we okay to just leave it as it is? I'm trying to avoid any delays to the case - as we have only received NOA1 and nothing since! Another question - We have asked the NSC for an update on the case, as it seems so delayed! Has anyone else used the online request for update? Do they give much information, or simply confirm that the case is still waiting to be looked at? Any information is so useful to us, it's so frustrating being apart this long!
