I (beneficiary) am in the process of requesting certified copies of the arrest record and final court disposition for my USC fiance.

For the initial I-129F petition, will we need to send to USCIS a certified copy itself that could be received by mail or can we send a printed version of a certified copy that can be sent to us by email?

Hello, for the last few months my progress tab has been missing when I go into the portal. This is for my I-130 that my wife and I submitted May of last year. Does anyone have the same issue ?

hi all! We moved to WY in June 2024. I requested a permission to work and SSN, and I received them in less than 3 months. My daughter is 17 and we have not thought it was necessary to spend a further $350 or so as she is still at college. We are waiting for the green card. Having submitted all the forms in September we now await and USCIS says it will be 12 months...12 months from the day we submitted or from the day I check the USCIS account? Unsure.

Therefore we don't know when we can request the SSN for her. When we tried to open a bank account for her it was not possible.

Not only they ask for an SSN if possible, but they insist she must have 2 separate ID documents.

She actually has 2 passports: Italian and British. But the bank system does not allow for two similar type IDs.'

She has no driving license nor a desire to learn yet.

She has no proof in the form of bills etc as all the bills are in the name of my husband.

Is there any way to get proof of ID with photo here?

We are in a chicken and egg situation.

Hi, I was wondering if someone could advise.

The last I797C receipt notice I received from USCIS (48 Months extension) expires on 5/30/2025. My I-751 application to remove conditions is still pending. If I look online for an update it says "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview As of February 9, 2022, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence" I know my case is out processing time but the ombudsman request I sent didn't do anything. They simply said it was in the processing time.

How do I get an updated notice beyond 5/30/2025 for work and proof of status while my case is still pending? I have not received anything from USCIS yet regarding that.
