US Immigration from United Kingdom

Hello,

I just received instruction from USCIS that our case has been moved to NVC, and been sent all the login details from the Department of State.

The issue now is that I live in the UK at the moment and would like to transfer our case to the US embassy in London, but I don't know how to go about it. I would appreciate it if anybody knew how to transfer from one embassy to another at the NVC stage. Thank you so much in anticipation.

Maybe a stupid question.

My interview letter simply says "London, United Kingdom" as the location - I can't see an actual address anywhere. Am I correct to assume it at the US Embassy at the Nine Elms address?

Hi everyone, let's update each other here regarding September interview letters. I didn't see a thread for it even though I saw a couple people got their IL letters in recent days. I was DQ's in mid-August and still awaiting my IL.

I've been DQ'ed but my case is still at NVC and there seems to be a delay on London interviews which are normally 6 weeks after DQ.

I'm slightly concerned with the delay that there will be a mad rush to book medical in London and this could delay my move, so I am trying to be proactive and book it now. But is it possible to book the medical *too soon*?

For example, if I book a medical at the start of August would that be valid for an interview in September, or even October?

Hi all, I've expedited my daughters case last week and I'm wondering if her interview will be with the next batch of interviews or maybe later? Looking at the CEAC status tracker it says in transit so will she have an interview next month or September? I'm not so sure about London's backlog but they're quite quick!
