US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

I recently won the lottery I'm in dubai but an African I'm trying to fill the ds 260 but on educational requirements..

I have secondary school certificate and vocational certificate yet in dv vocational is not considered.

So I filled my highest level of education as high school diploma

What I'm asking should I go ahead to include technical vocational certificate under the number of institutions attended or I should leave it and simply write only secondary school certificate

Hi there guys, I m having difficulties on my next stage with NVC, I am the applicant while my wife who is the main sponsor and petitioner, I live abroad and my mother in law is my joint sponsor. I received and RFE from NVC requesting that I the applicant should be added as an household member and when I try to be added as an household member it s requesting that I submit form I-864A and proof of relationship. Now my question is, who should submit this form? Me or my sponsor who s my wife or the joint sponsor who happens to be my mother in law? I m curious as this is causing a huge delay in my case right now before we move to the consular embassy processing. Somebody please help me understand better thank you.

I filed for my both parents at the same time they both got approved at the same days and case was transferred for department of state on October 29th 2022 2 days later I got a email for my father case creation number from the nvc but nothing for my mother yet Is that normal

Other question are they sending me email only or I'll get something in the mail too

My Case EB2 NIW is DQ since 12 October 2022. The case was applied by selecting US Riyadh embassy but now i dont have residence

in Saudi Arabia i moved to UAE as resident. Now shall i move my case to Abu Dhabi US embassy if yes then where should i send

email to. My case status is "AT NVC"
