US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

Hello,

My maternal uncle applied for my parents and his other sister. Their cases are now with NVC. We're arranging necessary documents at this moment. Currently my uncle who's the petitioner is unemployed. Though he has some decent funds in his account but doesn't have a job/monthly pay stubs. He is looking for a joint sponsor with whom he can jointly co-sponsor for my parents. Can someone guide me about what documents are required and if any prerequisites are needed to become a joint sponsor? Thanks in advance

I am in the process of putting things together for an I-1864 for my mother. For the Part 5 Household Question, the form won t let me to enter 1 for the number 1 question and do I need to enter 1 for my spouse too. I am also unable to Edit the total household.

I am unable to manually enter the information per attached picture. 1 for the primary beneficiary and 1 for my spouse total should be 3.

Hey guys I just recently completed my interview and everything went great, the officer didn t provide us with an approval and a week later we got a RFE from the field office asking for evidence.

We have since sent the RFE through Fedex and was wondering if anyone has been through a similar situation. My case status is still stuck at Interview was scheduled and it is making us nervous

Looking for some input. I filed i-130 for my mother online. I noticed some errors in the form after submission. What I entered online and what it showed on the PDF snapshot are not the same. How do I correct the errors. I did cross check all the details before submission and they were right but when USCIS website pushed that over to the i-130 form, it created some errors. It is mainly the dates that it messed up.
