Hi everyone, I have an odd case and I was hoping you can help me in case this has happened before. Due to my K1 visa going into AP for 4 months and me doing the medical a month before my interview, when I was finally got my visa issued it was only valid for 3 weeks (November 16 to December 7). However, the Embassy immigration unit emailed me saying the following: "please note that your visa expiration date will be set to the expiration of your medical examination, which was six months from the date of that exam. Therefore, your visa will expire on 07-DEC-2021. If you require additional time to travel to the U.S., then you must get a new medical exam, which will then allow you an another six months validity to your K visa. If you decide to renew your exam, you may contact the panel physician directly and make an appointment. If you decide not to get another exam, please ensure you can arrive in the U.S. prior to 07-DEC-2021." I've done a new medical test now which should extend my visa for another 6 months, however my actual visa is technically "Expired" since December 7. I tried emailing them to ask for more details but they refused to give me details and said I should read the email again. I am traveling to the US end of January 2022 and I am stressing over the fact that my visa is showing expiration date. Has anyone gone through this before?

Hi everyone, Apologies if this has been answered before but I couldn't find anything that matches or is atleast 4 years old. As the title says, am I allowed to keep working with my company remotely (office in Middle East) while adjusting my status and filing for EAD? This employer isn't in the US but has a branch here (I won't be working for US branch) I know this is likely a grey area but if you can guide me from previous experience or to the right person I'd be so grateful. Thanks,

Dears, I applied for i-130 for my child on 9/29/2021 and received a letter on 10/04/2021 for USCIS opening account stating that the service center is Nebraska and other letter of NOA1 mentioning the service center is California. I Chatting Emma and asked for the live agent, and she confirmed that the case location is Nebraska, and I am concerned that my child is in an critical situation due to the ageout of 21 years in March 2022 and he is legally present in USA on the F1 student visa. My question to the experts: - Which center will be the responsible for adjudication process the application, Nebraska or California to know processing time? - Is there a way I can try to ensure that the approval is obtained before March 2022 or he will protected by "CSPA" or whether requesting an expedite or any thing else to save him before his visa class change to f2b. Thank you all and I appreciate your understand and efforts
