did anyone get any interview letter for F21 category in Abu Dhabi? Since COVID PANDEMIC?

We are waiting for NVC to schedule an appointment in Abu Dhabi Embassy. We both live together in UAE. NVC approved all are documents in the start of Jan'22 (13th Jan to be precise). Just wanted to understand how much time does NVC take to schedule an appointment for IR/CR1 visa (spouse visa). What are the normal timelines and is UAE embassy also facing backlog issues and timelines can stretch to 6 months before getting an interview date. We have been in this process for more than 2 years now, looking forward it to be approved and completed. Any advise especially from people who have applied from UAE. Also any suggestions for the interview as we both live in UAE and will move together to USA (she is here for the past three years and can prove domicile to an extent)

Please I need your advice as I dont know what's is wrong in the fee we paid for our daughter K2 status change.

We received notice of rejection due to incorrect fee. and unfortunately they would not tell us what's correct fees.

We sent forms 485 and 131 because our daughter is minor that's why we never include 765

we sent the 485 and 131 with two money orders $1000 and $225 = total $1225

Kindly advice us what's incorrect and what we need to do.

All our forms and supporting documents was returned with each pages signed and matric code scan: should we return the same packet when we are sending the correct fees?

We also decided to include form 765 if we are returning the packet with correct fee, I hope this will not affect the application again?

Hi everyone,

Our petition was submitted May 31st 2021, and we were approved in September. We submitted our docs to NVC in September 2021, but accidentally forgot to upload the 2020 W2/1099, for which, we received the much-dreaded FE review notice. Anyways, we submitted those in Dec 2021 (a week after we received the FE notice).

How long does it normally take for them to review this? Do we get back into line (we originally waited 3mo at NVC)? is there a way to request an expedite?

Hello, I applied for an immigrant visa for my husband and recently received the following message I am not quite understanding it why would I not be able to sponsor him? This was sent after filing the DS 260 and it s classified as an IR1.
