US Immigration from Uganda

Hey guys. So a few about 4 days ago my wife petitioned for me online (i130 F2A). We've been married close to 3 years though, she lives in Massachusetts where I have been visiting her using my tourist visa.

However, we knew from what's generally posted online that ALL cases coming from Massachusetts are handled by the Vermont Service center. When my wife called uscis yesterday she was told our case is being processed by Nebraska. Is this something that's common or should we expect that the case will eventually be moved to Vermont since we are from Massachusetts?

My best friend, an American citizen, recently married a beautiful lady from Zimbabwe, she is a student living in the USA. she has a daughter back in Zimbabwe. He wants to apply green cards for both them. The mother lives with him in the USA and the daughter lives in Zimbabwe. Can he apply for both green card at the same time? What is the process?

Hi Everyone, I hope you are well.

I have an interview coming up soon and I am confused if the certificate of dissolution doc we have is sufficient. My spouse got it at the court house- he went in physically and requested his divorce decree and this is what he was given. This is from Minneosotta. As you can see it is a very simple doc, 1 pager, A4 printed out on writing paper. Can someone please advise if we need to get something fancier? OR is this sufficient to embassy staff?

My (Ugandan) fiance and I are nearing the K1 Medical and Interview and we had success last month in scheduling our Medical exam with IOM in Nairobi, Kenya on August 19, with her interview following the next week on August 26. After receiving these confirmations of both the Medical exam and Interview, we went ahead and booked our plane flight. We just received a call from IOM today stating they will be closed on Aug 19 and that we needed to reschedule our medical appointment to August 24. Is two days enough for the medical results to reach the embassy? Will she still be able to have her interview and the results may just be delayed based on receiving of the medical results? Any positive input is appreciated. All other input will also be appreciated and taken with a grain of salt . Many thanks.
