US Immigration from Turkey

Hi all,

I got a text message from USCIS that my case was received and was given a receipt number. When I check online in my uscis account there isnt any information/no status, just the receipt number is visible. Also, on uscis website case status says the receipt number is invalid. Any ideas why? Maybe its not put into their system yet?

I applied for i-129f and received a rejection notice, but I believe it is an error; what should I do!?!

I prepared the i-129f. I mailed it with a cover letter, bank check and all necessary documents. My packet was delivered on June 27th. It was processed the same day. About a week later, got a rejection notice with the entire packet returned with instructions to refile completely and correctly. I attached the rejection notice and first page of thee petition (this page was rejected) here. It says a section was not completed, my family name, on page 1 of the petition. I am going crazy because I have not left blank my last name, given name or middle name nor did i misspell the names on the petition. I am so confused. What do i do?

can t even call and speak to a representative about the matter. I emailed uscis to inquire, but no response yet. I am afraid if i reapply again exactly the same (because there is no error with names/spelling of names) that i may be rejected again. If anyone has any advice i would appreciate it.

With the latest news, does this affect Russians who need to go the US Embassy for an interview for their K1 Visa? My fiancee is a Russia passport holder, but we both live in Turkey with Residence Permits.

Right now, we had to get a Schengen visa for Spain and then travel to Poland for our interview (2023 Spring). Will Poland reject entry to Russian citizens? Or will the US transfer our case to a different country that Russian are able to visit?

Any advice or how to find out would be really appreciated.

I just wanted to tell my interesting experience with N-400 interview last week. All is well and I took oath ceremony and am a citizen now. I had applied under 3-year rule. When searching in Visajourney how to prove your marriage to Uscis, I always have been getting the idea that they don't really care that you have children and it is counted as a secondary evidence, and they only care about commingled finances and residency. Well, it was not the case in my interview... He asked if we have any children, I said no but I am pregnant. He asked for proof of pregnancy and said "Having children matters, we expect people to have children after certain time of marriage. Bank accounts, insurances, etc. are ok but we are looking for these if the couple don't have children", and since I am a kinda person over preparing everything i luckily had the proof of pregnancy, he took that, and did not look at any other evidence, just approved. I don't know if my interview was a unique one but I just wanted to share this with the community to express and advise people that sometimes you need to bring every doc you think may be important, and you may never know what they'll ask

I got my initial approval from the embassy officer in February this year and I have been asked to submit 221g for a few things that I provided to the Embassy until they send me blanked 221g with a note to check my E-Mail.

I found out I was asked to submit DS-5535 in April this year and I haven't gotten any response except the Automated one which indicated that they received my DS-5535 and since then I received nothing.

Is there something I can do or it s the waiting game?
