Does any one have experience changing from consular processing to Adjustment after being documentarily qualified? My wife is unable to return to her home country for her visa interview, because her country s borders are closed. She is in the US visiting me. While visiting our i130 was approved and we were DQ d at the NVC. However because her country is not letting anyone in, we have to adjust. Can some give advice on their experience please? TIA

Hi. Does anyone know of someone who has received an immigrant visa from the Trinidad embassy within the last 2 months (March - April)?

If yes, what did their CEAC status change to after interview or submission of updated/ additional documents and how long did it take for the visa to be issued after interview or submission of updated/ additional documents?

Hi guys, I m back and I need a bit of help. I m a US citizen and would like to petition for my brother and his family. I m not sure if this is doable. He s married and they have a daughter together. And his wife has a daughter from a previous marriage. Would I be able to include all of them on the I-130?
