US Immigration from Thailand

Hello all,

I'm assisting my Thai wife in filling out the I-751 form.

In the section 1. on page 1 it asks for her full name: In her case, she has NO MIDDLE NAME.... WOULD YOU USE "None" or "N/A" ?

I've seen instances where if you use "None" they assume that's the actual name and "none" is used as a middle name.

Advice would be appreciated.

What the current waiting time please for interview after nvc forwards your case to embassy? It s been 4 weeks.

How did you folks WITHOUT CHILDREN handle section 5 on the I-751.

The form instructions say to not leave anything BLANK, but we have no children and the form allows blank sections for 5 children.

That's a lot of N/A's or "Nones" to fill in. for those like us with NO Children how did you deal with section 5 and all those blanks??

I just assumed that any included AFFIDAVITS would need to be original instead of photocopies. But now I'm not sure. They say in the instructions not to send originals unless specifically asked for. Also is anyone sending COLOR photocopies of things like Drivers licenses and GREEN CARDS or just making black and white copies?

Is it normal to not have any response to an I-130 other than a receipt with the receipt number after they received it on January 19, 2021? This is for my grown up step daughter in Thailand.
