I am a US Citizen, applied for AOS for my partner and we have received an RFE saying my income is not sufficient. We have a joint sponsor who meets the income qualifications and is also a US Citizen (my sister). Our concern is her birth certificate shows her maiden last-name and all her current tax/income documents has her current married last-name. Her passport showing her current last name is expired and we are on a time crunch. She has been married twice so her last name has changed twice. Should she submit both her marriage licenses along with the birth certificate showing that her name has changed twice in order to prove US citizenship?

my friend got denied for his removing condition on his GC due to the fact that he didn t file for divorce or separation when him and his spouse were no longer living together or together since Dec 2019 and when they went to the interview last month, it was denied at the spot. He didn t realized that he would need to file for divorce or separation during the process of his removing condition.

what is his next step? Is he allow to work while in the process of filing for appealing or during the appealing process??

i don t know much about removing condition to give him any guidance.

p.s. he didn t mention to his lawyer that him and his spouse were no longer together until right before the interview. I have attached the pictures of his denial letter

I then printed out the confirmation page. The title of this page is 'Appointment Confirmation'. It contains details of my scheduled appointment and document delivery information and barcodes for my DS-260 confirmation number and UID. My question is: is this the same as the 'GSS registration confirmation'? I didn't see any mention of 'Global Support Strategy' on that site. But that's the site they tell you to go to to do your GSS registration and print the confirmation. Are the instructions just out of date?

i have just got my 2 year green card

and I am filing for N-400 under 319(b)

im wondering if I have to file I-751 along with the form N-400 or not since I'm a conditioned green card holder ?

is it correct that I-751 only filed when you're in the 90 day window (90 days before your green card expires)?

My wife (American, the sponsor) is a stay-at-home mom these days, while I (British, the applicant) have a well-paid job with a US company.

On the DS-260 application they added a case note that says:

<Sponsor> does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case

Can I, as the applicant, fill out Form I-864 and act as the financial guarantor of my own sponsor?
