US Immigration from Thailand

I am getting info together to file to bring my sister to the USA on work visa. I have tried & cannot find an employee to do the special work my business requires. Animal handler.
I am not experienced with this & need help please. Of course, I want to follow the laws and do this right.

It seems the H2b would be the right visa. Can someone confirm that or offer different type please.
She is from Thailand. 29 year old single mother who will return as her visa dictates; has a teen-age son there to care for.

I have an A# question. My K-1 fianc has entered through immigration at LAX recently (5 days ago). This is the second time we've done this I-129f process. The first time was in July 2019, where she also entered through LAX, and on her visa stamp the officer wrote the A# under the stamp and date of entry. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she had to leave without us completing the process of marriage and I-485. We applied for a second K-1 and was approved. Fast forward to now, when we entered though immigration this time (July 2022) the officer did NOT write down the A# under the stamp as previously was done in 2019. Here's my question. Do I use the A# from the first stamp for the I-485? Would she have been issued a new A#? I read that once you receive an A#, it's for life, so maybe the first A# is still valid? Hi everyone, I have a question about tax transcripts for K1 Visa for my girlfriend in Thailand.

I do not have the past three years tax transcripts because I did not make enough money to file, however now I have a full time job that meets the financial needs for K1 Visa. The K1 was received from USCIS 9 months ago and haven't received NOA2 yet.

My question is if I make enough money now but cannot provide the last three years tax transcripts because I don't have any. wilI I end up needing a joint sponsor for the I864 Affidavit of Support form or will I be able to complete this by myself?

Will paystubs and employment verification letter from employer be sufficient or is this not enough.

Hello VJ family!

Unfortunately mother in law has passed away. We submitted for the emergency AP on the I131 whilst she was still alive but unfortunately the time has come and now things are set in motion. My wife has to get on a plane tonight to make the cremation and the long weekend did not help in this process.

Any tips and tricks to get the letter quicker? We've called the USCIS this morning already and got through to talk to a person with the "lost receipt" trick, but they were unable to help more than just relaying the message on to our field office.

Does a trip to the field office help move things along?

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
