I go to Immigration Timelines above, and I don't even SEE the I-130 listed. We submitted the I-130 for my wife's sister (my wife is a naturalized citizen) June of 2021 and USCIS website says the processing time for 80% of applications is 49 months at the California Service Center, but as I read it can take 10-15 years to actually bring her sister here. What I am trying to figure out, is what is the step-by-step process after that and how long for each step can I expect? I posted my wife's timeline here listing every single step of the way but I cannot find a sample timeline for an I-130 for her to bring her sister. Can anyone point me to some sample timelines?

Filling out the I-134 for my K-1 Visa. Question 18 asks; 18. Have you previously submitted a Form I-134 on behalf of a person other than the beneficiary listed on this Form I-134? Now in the past I have been approved for 2 prior K-1 Visa/Green Card(s) before. Obviously we since been divorced and neither live in America anymore. Would i need to list thim? If Yes it would a struggle at best to hunt down the dates and A number for each Please advise Thank You

After we got engaged my wife applied for a B1 visa and was denied. She was honest and said she wanted to visit for 3 weeks to meet my family. Officer quickly denied the visa request and told her to file K1. Fast forward to being at NVC for our CR1 visa and The DS-260 asks "Have you ever been refused a US visa....?" to which she answered "yes" Per the instruction for the Bangkok Embassy, for the interview you must bring, among other things: Immigration Records (If any): Applicants who have been denied admission to the United States, ...must submit all relevant documentation." First, I don't believe being "denied admission" is the same as a "refused a visa" but I want to clarify. Second, if the two are synonymous, for relevant documentation, I don't recall her getting anything from that refusal that we could bring to the interview.
