Hello everyone, I have a tough time making sense of all of this. My wife and I got married in August of 2021. I only received my CR1 in February of 2023 and moved to the US shortly after. Is the date to file 90 days before the second anniversary of your marriage (in my case 90 days before August 2023), or 90 days before the second anniversary of your arrival (90 days before February 2025)? I have not received my green card yet and my CR1 visa in my passport expires in July, so I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Thanks in advance. Dewald

I am curious to know, how many K1 visas a person can apply for in a lifetime. I myself have applied twice and I had to cancel both before they were approved for different reasons. Also if the answer is two, what happens if I get married in a foreign country. Can I apply for a spousal visa?

My wife applied for her passport on 8 November 2022, and received her passport on 5 January 2023. We still have not received her Naturalization Certificate of any of the other documents back. How long does this typically take? Thank you, Helmut.

Hi all, New here and could not find an answer. Our I 129F petition was approved on January 13th of this year and currently has an expiration of May 12th of this year as well. Thailand embassy notified us that they have received the case and are ready for an interview. Unfortunately, the earliest interview we were able to get will be on May 18th, 6 days after I 129F expiration. I have attempted to email the us embassy in Bangkok and they have not answered after a week. Is there a process for us to extend the validity of the petition? Specifically for the US Embassy in Bangkok?

We are coming up on 2 years of my wife being in the US. When her green card was issued it was issued under her passport (Maiden) name. In filing the i-751 should we use her Green Card/Passport Name or her Married/Divers License Name? Thanks for your help. Dave
