The current situation is that after the CR1 interview, the 221G has been sent to the embassy.

I would like to ask if waiting for the AP process for more than half a year,
I have to do a new medical report and a new good citizen certificate.

Do I still need to make up the W2 of the new joint guarantor?

Do I still need to fill in any other documents?

Hi friendly people, I have a couple questions about the DS160.

1. In the DS160, it requires you to fill in education history. So I took a few grad school courses online from an American university a few years ago.

I believe I should put that in my education history, but since I was never IN the US for this, would it affect me when they review my DS160?

2. So before we filed for K1, I already had an ongoing sibling petition I130.

I just want to know if I have to "add another" in this section? Because the "purpose of trip to the US" is because of K1, not the I130.

In the guide titled "Comparison of marriage based US Immigration choices........", there is statement under the minuses for spousal visas which states "The applicant will most likely not be able to enter the US while their IR-1, CR-1 visa is being processed". I don't understand why that statement is there. It is inconsistent with the "Yes, you can visit" thread. Personally, I think the statement is not accurate.
