Hope everyone is doing well. we have received the RFE copy on Feb 14th that requested us to submit more evidence about two years meetings requirements

we have some of the questions about the RFE, hope you all whom had experiences could help.

1. we have visited each other during the pass two year, however none of us have saved the boarding pass, but we have printed out the flight info, prepared the photos that we took together during the trip, hotel details have printed as well. is it enough?

2. my Fiance has dual citizenships, he has came back to our country to meet his family and me by using our country passport therefore he did not have the stamps on his US passport. shall he submitted both passport stamps and passport copy?? would it be an issue?

3. knowing that it would be best to have friends or family to write an statements as affidavits, however as we do not feel comfortable to ask them also offer their passport copy as it is too personal. would it be ok if we did not submit any written statements from friends and family?

Hello, I have a question about changing names after arriving in the US on K1.

So in my K1 petition I put my Chinese name only, but added my English name in the "other names used" section.

Would it be possible at all if I added my English name as my middle name in my marriage license/certificate and put that new name when I adjust status?

or would that become an issue when I adjust status, since I didn't have a middle name in my I-129f and ds160?

RFE Requested on 12/17/2020. RFE was for requesting an updated passport photo of the petitioner and proof that we were together in the past 2 years.

RFE Received by USCIS 1/4/2021

It's been more than a month and I haven't heard anything back. Anyone else in the same boat? I emailed and called USCIS but couldn't get any meaningful update besides they are working on it.

The current situation is that after the CR1 interview, the 221G has been sent to the embassy.

I would like to ask if waiting for the AP process for more than half a year,
I have to do a new medical report and a new good citizen certificate.

Do I still need to make up the W2 of the new joint guarantor?

Do I still need to fill in any other documents?
