US Immigration from Taiwan

Received an RFE for my I-864 Affidavit of Support.

"Based on the documents submitted, we could not determine that the petitioning sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, is qualified. In order to be a qualified sponsor, the petitioning sponsor's Form I-864 must be properly completed and signed, and the supporting documents must establish that the petitioning sponsor's income meets 125 percent of the federal poverty guideline for the sponsor s household size. See Form I-864P for information on the Federal Poverty Guidelines."

I provided 3 months of my W2 along with three years of my Form W-2 Wage and Income Statement from IRS.

For my household size of 4, including my spouse, the guidelines are:

100% of HHS @ $32,150

125% of HHS @$40,187

My income exceeds this, which was shown in my recent 3 months W2, Last year's Tax filling and IRS (Form W-2 Wage and Income Statement)

However, I did not include an IRS Tax Return Transcript for the most current year, is this what the RFE is asking for?

I am submitting i-485 on my K-1 fiance visa process. My fiance does not have any children. I have one children from a previous marriage that is under 18 years old and I am the petitioner. My fiance and I recently got married and on her i-485 application, would my child legally considered her Stepchild? Do I fill in the section for (Page 12) on Part 7. Information about your children.

I've searched and searched for a definitive answer and I'm coming up with conflicting answers. Hopefully, someone who has done this process can clarify for me.

We are beginning our I-130 application and filing from abroad; both of us live in Taiwan and will submit it from here.

I created a USCIS account and began the application, but I've read conflicting information to not use the online form if you are filing from abroad.

So:

1) Should I use the online application, print the PDFs and then somehow upload them, or just do the paper version?

2) Do I upload the I-130A as a PDF in the evidence portion at the end of my I-130? Or is there some other way it should be done?

Apologies if this is the topic of discussion somewhere, but I just wasn't finding my exact answer anywhere online.

I have questions about SSN replacement through naturalization. I consented USCIS to share my information to SSA to issue me a new SSN card, but after 2 weeks I haven't received my SSN card. How long will I get my replacement card? Will my card send to my previous address if I didn't change the address (The place where I lived 2 years ago), cause I thought USCIS will share my present address to SSA as well?

They, almost immediately, received an RFE for their I-864 and submitted evidence in June 2024.

Both the I-130 and I-485 were approved today with no interview.
