US Immigration from Spain

Hello guys, we sent our RFE documents last Thursday using USPS, we got an update and it looks like our RFE was delivered at the PO box of Laguna Niguel yesterday (Saturday) and it says its avaible

I wonder if my RFE will sit there until some USCIS worker pick it up on Monday? My case tracker app still shows as "RFE was sent" so I wonder when it will change to "RFE was received by USCIS"

Im just so nervous I dont want to have any problems or losing my RFE documents since they arrived on Saturday to the PO box

According to the Visajourney approval estimates I get every week, our K1 visa should be approved at the end of this month. However, I went ahead and filled out the needed DS-160 form for the interview at the embassy. I haven't submitted it yet, though. I'm flying to the US in December and the interview will most likely be in at least 4 months from now. If I submit it now will I be able to modify it later if I need to? Or, even if I don't need to modify it, would it too early to submit it? I read that if I don't submit it before 30 days it expires. It wouldn't be a big deal to redo it again, but I'm just wondering. Thank you!

Our K1 visa was approved by both UCIS and NVC, and is being sent to the embassy, in Spain. But, my fianc 's daughter (20), was diagnosed with Leukemia so my fiance is staying with her while she is being treated.

My question is, is there a way to delay the Visa? Obviously, my future step-daughter's health comes first, but I just wanted to see if anyone has been through something like this?

Hi guys! We got a RFE notification on JULY 20, we are currently waiting for the RFE letter to arrive , but I wonder how long does USCIS usually take to approve or deny (hopefully not ) the cases after they receive the RFE documents?

I just filed my N-400 (on the first day of eligibility, yay!) and am already freaking out about my biometrics appointment and my vacation abroad. I am aware of the possibility to request a reschedule, but -- what if the letter arrives while I am away? I would know I have an appointment, but not the date on it. How would i then be able to reschedule? Will the appointment date be visible in my online account?
