Our K1 visa was approved by both UCIS and NVC, and is being sent to the embassy, in Spain. But, my fianc 's daughter (20), was diagnosed with Leukemia so my fiance is staying with her while she is being treated. My question is, is there a way to delay the Visa? Obviously, my future step-daughter's health comes first, but I just wanted to see if anyone has been through something like this?

Hi guys! We got a RFE notification on JULY 20, we are currently waiting for the RFE letter to arrive , but I wonder how long does USCIS usually take to approve or deny (hopefully not ) the cases after they receive the RFE documents? How was your experience? Thank you all

Hello, I just filed my N-400 (on the first day of eligibility, yay!) and am already freaking out about my biometrics appointment and my vacation abroad. I am aware of the possibility to request a reschedule, but -- what if the letter arrives while I am away? I would know I have an appointment, but not the date on it. How would i then be able to reschedule? Will the appointment date be visible in my online account?

Hi everyone, I'm a June 2022 filer waiting for NOA2 (387 days for now) I'm getting worried bcs many cases around mine have been approved or RFE meanwhile my case stills untouched... I'm worried if this means they have lost my file or they have picked up my case to be left behind Idk what to think about it Have any of you been in the same situation? Did you get approved? Ty

Hello everyone I arrived in the US on a K1 visa on 5/15 and married my fianc on 6/23 we are organizing all the AOS paperwork to send it in the next few weeks. My fianc was just offered a promotion at a new company and would start in 1 month from now if he accepts (at both his current and new job he would earn above +125% of the poverty line). - Do you guys think it can be a problem that it is a new job? - Is it better to send the i-864 with the information about his new job or send the i-864 with his current job? - What kind of evidence can we include? We can get a letter of employment but we would have at most 1 paystub from his new job, we also have the tax transcript for the last 3 years. Thank you very much.
