Hi, I'm wondering is their anything I can do to get my case moving gettin the nvc to the embassy now that they are finally processing k1 visas. The nvc says their waiting on the embassy to request it but that was months ago. Is their anyone I could email at the embassy or is it truly just a waiting game.

When I type in my case number it says "at nvc"

When i check my Visa status it says I need to feel out form DS-201 (if I'm correct) sho the consulate can process my case. I haven't heard anything from the nvc besides they haven't forwarded my case yet. My noa 2 was July 2020. Im not sure if I should be doing something or still waiting.

I don't know if this is a good news or something I should be expecting or be happy about, but I am trying to stay calm, Embassy wants wife tax for 2019 wife has sent it. Embassy wants my passport, Police clearance as the one on file has expired, and also to have my medical, I have also applied for police clearance, in which I know its the delay, it takes SAPs to issue it after 2 weeks. Please I do like to know is it that after they received all these will visa will be issued? Its been a very long journey for us please tell me I am finally going to meet and be with my wife?

On Friday I started uploading our documents to NVC. I am the USC petitioning for my minor stepson. I added my husband as family member as he (GC) is the breadwinner. I am a SAHM at the moment. His income is well over the 125% of the poverty line but my mom is acting as a joint sponsor because our tax return for 2020 doesn t reflect our current income as we arrived in the states last year and it s not a full years income.

anyhow, I have added them on the CEAC but there is still n/a where I should be uploading their documents. Do I need to hit submit on mine first? When I was uploading the initial info needed, the pop up said that it should be about an hour before I could upload their Supporting documents but still says n/a.

If we not starting the k1 process until late sept early oct this year. What is your opinion of when my fianc do his medical exam .

Like if the k1 is file early oct and sent off and we wait for approval then it sent to embassy. What month this year or next approximately you think the medical exam take place
