We are currently at the NVC stage of our petition to bring my stepson to live with us in the U.S. (I am the petitioner and USC). My husband and his ex-wife are in the process of redoing the custody documents to give him legal and physical custody but the lawyers are moving so slowly. Obviously our priorities are not theirs. So, should our case progress quickly from here, would a signed affidavit from his mom be sufficient at the interview or would it be best if she took him to the interview? My husband was planning to fly down to go with him for his interview because we don t want to mail all of our original documents in case it should be lost. It took almost a year just to get our marriage certificate from home affairs. We are guarding that thing with our lives.

I need advise or suggestion how many many pages per month should i include from start of 2019- to oct 2021 this year. I know its not require i know this. But i want to send as much as i can with the I129f.

Like what is the suggestion do we take screenshots of the text logs with our phone and put in a word document showing dates.

Like for example for Jan 2019- should i screenshot like 6 logs of pages that month or less or more.

can someone show me the example you did like load the file to see.

After my first and only interview I was asked to send in one more document, no interview. We will be sending via dhl, what do I need to include, I was thinking;

• The required document, original and copy.
• Interview letter?
• Case number?
• To who do I address it ?

Has any members received any updates on the I-829 Filings to remove conditions on their Green Cards obtained under the EB5 Program?

Our Green Cards expired on Jan 1st, 2020 and we received the extensions valid for 18 months. We completed our Biometrics in November 2020.

When should we apply for the Infopass Appointment to get a further extension considering the current extension is valid until December 01st, 2021?
