US Immigration from South Africa

I wanted to make sure that I am interpreting the "case processing" times correctly on the USCIS website.

My I-130 is in Texas Center. It was received 8/3/2021.

On USCIS, it shows that the average time to process at the TX center is between 10 to 13 months.

Then under the "Receipt Date" column, it shows 10/01/2020. So does this mean, that they are backed up processing I-130 petitions to 10/1/2020, therefore the 10 to 13 months is from the 10/01/2020 date, which means add another 10 to 12 months to the posted processing time?

I am having major surgery early next year. We filed our I-130 in August, so obviously we have no updates on progress and probably won't for a long time. Is it possible for my husband to apply for a travel visa to come to the U.S. to be with me for my surgery and help me during recovery for a couple of weeks, or is it an issue since we filed our I-130?

My mom will be applying for her reentry permit the day she lands in the US and becomes a LPR. She plans to fly out exactly a week later (Oct 9 - Oct 16). Assuming we send the package the same day and it arrives on October 10th at USCIS, is this enough time to count as being in the country during application?

I ll be attaching a G-1145 so will be notified that USCIS has received the package. Assuming I get this notification on Day 3 or 4 is she good to leave or should I get her to extend her stay?

Long story short, I knew from an early time that my fiance had a protection order listed as domestic violence against him. This was from 8 years ago shortly after he divorced his ex wife and was seeing someone new. The order was given on the grounds of an argument between his girlfriend, him and the ex wife after repeated harassment from the ex wife that led to an argument (I've actually read the messages). Regardless she stated that she felt threatened and the order states the reason was due to hateful speech via text eventhough he lived well over 16+ hours away. Until recently his ex wife was going to remove the order but has had a "change" of heart unfortunately out of spite even after speaking with our lawyer and her representative she refuses with no reason. They've even been together in one location over the years because they share a daughter. All with no issues.

Additional details worth noting is that he's never been charged with Domestic Violence nor does he have a criminal record not even a speeding ticket... we recently received the police clearance verifying this. He truly is a good man that ended a bad marriage that has haunted him for 8+ years.

My questions are, how much of an impact could this have on our K1? Would this require a waiver or any additional paperwork that we need to start preparing given theres no actual charges but the existence of a protection order? Has anyone had a similar issue? We're just trying to do everything we can to help improve our chances of being together in the US.

Ok, I got a job at a warehouse and they pay 17$ per hour I work 9 hour shift, but its a difficult job, can anyone recommend me a good paying Job in Texas?
