Hi, I went to login CGI website to schedule and appointment and when i logged in it said that I've been locked out for 72 hours due to suspicious activity. I know there is a limit to how many times you can login per day but this was my first login for the day and i got this message. Have any of you gotten it during the first attempt and any solutions?

Effective May 4, the entry into the United States of certain nonimmigrant travelers who have been physically present in India is suspended. U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (LPR), and immigrants are not subject to the proclamation. The suspension of entry also does not apply to non-U.S. citizen spouses or unmarried children under the age of 21 of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents. More information is available at travel.state.gov.

My aunt, an Iranian citizen, made it to the interview stage of her DV-2018 application in 2018, but was denied under section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 9645.

With Biden lifting the ban, what are her options? Can she resume this application, or must she re-enter a new lottery?

Reverifying needed for GC holders?

Hi, my conditional green card is about to expire in 2 months and I sent in my I-751 a few weeks back. No NOA yet. My employer asked that I sent them a copy of my green card once it's renewed but as I understand, green card holders do not need to verify their status even after their green cards expire:

"Reverification is never required for U.S. citizens or noncitizen nationals. Reverification is also never required when the following documents expire: U.S. passports, U.S. passport cards, Form I-551 (Alien Registration Receipt Cards/Permanent Resident Cards, which are also known as Green Cards), and List B documents."

- USCIS

Am I right in interpreting the above? Do I need to send them my NOA when I receive it? I would prefer to not send them anything else.
