US Immigration from Singapore

As title says.

Filed marriage-based AoS with a joint sponsor because spouse was unemployed at that time.

Spouse now has full-time job for more than 6 months.

Recommended to upload spouse's pay stubs to USCIS?

Hi, I filed a i-130 for my mother back in March. The case is currently being actively reviewed and no decision on the petition yet.

My mom has a tourist visa interview appointment on Oct 12 scheduled probably about a year ago (she is from Russia, so things are complicated). She intends to go to the interview, as she would like to visit me in December for a couple of weeks (no intention to stay), prior to officially moving after the immigrant visa is eventually approved and issued.

I understand that it is allowed to apply for a tourist visa and travel with a pending i-130, BUT is it allowed with an approved i-130? I'm looking at the immigration timelines, and I understand that hypothetically we may get an approval any day now.

Any clarification will be appreciated.

Hello! Im about to file i824 for my parents. I filed i130 and was approved but missed the portion of where to file.

I saw the screenshot of where to file on this thread with IOE receipt number. Did that change? It says on uscis "where to file i824 with ioe" is send to Phoenix Lockbox.

My wife and her daughter became US citizens in April and applied for US passports in May. My wife has sole custody of her daughter, however the state department says that she needs the approval of her ex husband to get her daughter a passport because he is listed on her birth certificate. Her ex is a Singapore citizen and he is not being cooperative. He will not agree to sign the form and give permission for his daughter to get a US passport. The passport website says my wife can get a passport for her daughter without the father's permission if she has sole custody, which she does, but the letter we received said that is not true. Does anyone have advice on how we can get a passport for my daughter without her father's permission?
