Posting for a friend. His L1 renewal is currently under renewal adjudication, however his visa has actually expired and he is at home on unpaid leave of absence until the the USCIS make a decision one way or another (long story re: why it s got to this stage). I m curious if he can apply for AOS a) while his L1 renewal is under adjudication and a decision hasn t been made on the renewal or b) if the decision is made not in his favor, and he hasn t applied for AOS, is the AOS option out of scope because he is no longer has a status to adjust from?

Hello again. Apologies if this is in the wrong section of the forum. I'm probably panicking but non-refundable tickets have been bought from Scotland via Amsterdam to Detroit Metropolitan and now I'm thinking I've only ever heard of K1 visas being processed at really major international airports such as LAX and JFK? Will it be okay to go through immigration and interview here? Google doesn't seem to be helping regarding specific visas, I can't call and there is no email address that looks like it might deal with this question. It's beginning to sound like a nightmare what with all the covid-safety preparations for three countries on top of it all... Also will my fianc be able to stay with me as we will be traveling together? Thanks for reading. Any advice much appreciated.

My spouse who is waiting for an interview after adjusting from a tourist visa after we got married. We would like to travel to the UK and back. Due to the presidential proclamation travel ban that the UK is still under, he should be allowed because he is my spouse. So would I just need to bring our marriage certificate as proof?

Hello all, Just trying to get some feedback. Yesterday I filled the information online to renew my 10 year Green Card. (I-90 form) It seemed pretty basic. Even though my I applied after my card expired (June 2021) what are the chances of them denying it? I am a little nervous on this. Hope I get it approved. Any feedback would be appreciated Thanks
