Hi. My sponsor wears a head scarf to cover her hair for religious purpose. Where while submitting i130 can we include her signed statement that the i130 requires for the people uploading the picture with their head covered?

Hi, After 7 weeks, I got an email saying my expedite request will be sent to the US embassy in Pakistan for review. We are already DQ d. How long before they make a decision and afterwards, how long before interview is scheduled? Any information is appreciated.

Hi guys, my wife has a specific name that she uses in all her official documents, but people call her or refer to her by some names called in love, and she uses one of those names as her email ID as well & on her social media accounts too (but they aren't mentioned in the official documents). Should we mention those names too? Or will the official name only will do?

My current postal address is different from the postal address I have on my marriage certificate because it (Marriage certificate one) is fetched from the postal address (the house that i changed 10 years ago) stated on my National ID card back, so my question is that

Is it okay to mention a different postal address on the i130 & i130a from what is mentioned on the marriage certificate? Because my marriage certificate states my old home's address.

I need some help. One of my relative was applying visit visa for her mom. She filled the forms and submit fee but when they scheduled appointment for interview I don't know how applicant name is appearing wrong. Like instead of her mom, Applicant name is showing her husband name who scheduled the appointment. I know they did some mistake but can anyone please guide how to fix it? Any helpline number or email? All other details are correct. Please if anyone can help please guide.
