Hi. My sponsor wears a head scarf to cover her hair for religious purpose. Where while submitting i130 can we include her signed statement that the i130 requires for the people uploading the picture with their head covered?

Yes you will have to include a statement.

Thanks for your answer but where to include the statement at? in the additional information?? or when we will be uploading the Picture document and that very PDF we get the written statement signed by the sponsor?
