US Immigration from Pakistan

Ughh so I'm new at all of this. My Husband and I are 26 years old and we waited for 14 months to get a case approval from Potomac service center. Well i messed up on our case (I didn't know what adjustment of status was vs consular processing so I put an address in BOTH spots *FACEPALM*) so they think my husband is in the US. So I filed an I824 to the Chicago lockbox to get our case transferred to NVC. But the wait times on that can take another year from what I hear (3 months if I'm lucky).... Was wondering if I can file another I30 (correctly this time!) as it might process more quickly then the I824? Figured I would try to have the two forms in competition to see which one gets approved first lol. But I wanted to ask this chat forum if this is possible before doing something so reckless. I'd hate to mess anything else up.

Hi All Members, i need your help as i am confused to file for N400. The problem is my Address. Let me tell you in detail

in 2018 i came to USA after getting married to a US Citizen. Since then i was living in a Joint Family. Back in Aug 2020 i have filled a I751 using the address we were living in. In Jully 2021 we moved to our own apartment in the same street and as i told you we were living in a joint family i didn t change my Mail address. And in have never requested to USCIS to for the change of address as that address is like my 2nd home. Now i want to file N400 and i am confused with the addresses. If i use new address for N400 then there ll confusion as i ll be having two petitions and both have different addresses. Can i use my new address as my current address but old address as Mailing address? Would it fine? Please help. Thanks in Advance

The NVC emailed me more than one year before saying I was a Documentary Qualified in the f4 Category - and they were going to schedule an interview.

BUT today when I check my case randomly on the ceac website, I am wondering to see how they put that I am missing one item on my civil document (a police certificate of my son) which one before submitted and all accepted.

Now the question is that if I will submit this missing document again, then my DQ is moving a long time forward again or what happens? I am confused about what to do.

Is this a CEAC glitch or what? Should I upload this? Will it interfere with my Documentary Qualified status? Should I ignore it? I'm inclined to just upload this document and assume it won't mess with the timeline.

(and also if It is necessary to upload PCS again, should it be new one because old one have valid only 180 days.)

Please help me to resolve this problem, thank you.

My cousin is LPR and going to for apply for her husband next month. Can someone please share a complete documents list to apply in order to avoid checklist. Embassy Islmabad, Pakistan
