Hi All, Hi All, I want to have your opinion on my wife s immigration process (CR-1 Visa). I filed I-130 application for my current wife with whom I have a child too, who born in Pakistan, when I went to US embassy in Islamabad to report his child birth. Emabassy told me that your child has to be registered as out of wed lock, because my divorce with my first wife was not finalized at the time when got married to my current wife( In Pakistan you have to wait for 90 days after divorce to get it finalized). I married within that 90 days time period without having the knowledge of 90 days rule and came to know when I visited US embassy for my child birth report. After that, I withdraw I-130 petition of my current wife, and married again with her in Nov 2020(At that time I can be able to legally married to anyone). I filed a fresh I-130 petition with new marriage date, Nikkah Nama, Nadra Certificate which got accepted and approved. NVC also dqed me with these documents. Now, I m waiting for my wife s Interview letter. My question is: At the time of interview, how we should be prepared in case they ask questions related to getting remarrying again to my current wife? Is that will cause us a problem to get trapped in Adminstrarive process? Any suggestions/ advice to help us get ready for interview in this scenario will be highly appreciated!! Thank you,

Hi! I recently got my IR1 visa issued at the US embassy. I m traveling soon to the US to be back with my husband. I overstayed my F1 visa previously by less than 180 days and I was wondering if that would impact my reentry into the US? (At customs/border patrol)

Hello VJ experts, I have very long and heart wrenching journey but I will cut it short. I applied for my wife in 2017 as lpr, by May 2019 she and my kids (born in 2018) had their interview in Pakistan but they were handed 221G and then I submitted all required docs but had no answer, I kept emailing them but they didn't move an inch and then covid and all the bans started, now back in DeC 2021 they reopened my case and asked for Medical, visa photos and passport and now I had a third child so I added him and then they schedule an interview for my newborn only obviously along with my wife and it happened on Feb 08 2022, this time VO said everything is good except for my passport which they haven't recieved, unfortunately we mailed the passport through the courier because it was for my wife and took the passport of newborn to embassy which they kept, my wife passport was mailed on 27 Jan 2022 and when I asked courier they said passport was received by embassy on 28 now I am not sure what happened to it, anyway till now my case was refused but now on 24 Feb it changed to AP, am I again in the long cycle of AP. I can't tell you how hard it is for me and my family and miss you kids childhood to be in AP for 3 years and now after second interview they have again put my family in AP, the frustration can not be define in words. Please guide me. Thanks

My spouse (27) currently has shots for Flu, Covid, Tdap. She got two doses of MMR shot as a child. However, she does not have record of the Varicella shot or record showing she got chickenpox (age 1.5). We called up the doctor's office where we made an appointment for immigration physical. They said the doctor will check for immunity in the blood work? Since she got chickenpox so long ago, would it even show up on the blood work 25 years later?
