US Immigration from Pakistan

I received email from NVC in which it stated my mother interview is in March and bring this letter to embassy and medical center. But I am confused because there is no interview letter attach to the email, The interview date is in writing at the end of email but no PDF letter is attached. When I tried to schedule medical exam, they asked to upload interview letter but I dont have it.

Can anyone please explain passport pickup or delivery procedure in Pakistan. I am trying to register on UStraveldoc for delivery but I don't know what should I put in mail status and it's saying mail code is not valid for delivery.

My sister-in-law has a multiyear visit visa, she went to the US in December last year and is planning to come back in Feb to attend a friend's wedding, she is concerned that she might have an issue because of the short turnaround time. Feb visit will be her 3rd visit in the past 12 months. 1st visit was in April last year for 2 weeks, the second visit was in December for two weeks, and then this upcoming one. She does not want to have issues because she wants to keep traveling to meet her family here in the US and she thinks that turning around within two months is not a good idea. I think her fear is unfounded as there is no intent for her to stay because she has her kids, husband, etc in Pakistan. but again I thought I would ask the people who might have gone through this.

I filed my I-129F petition back in October 2023 and it was approved this past week, on January 3, 2025.

One thing that is unusual is that two hours before the case status changed to approved, it said Request For Initial Evidence Was Sent.

I am just confused whether or not it might be a website error or system glitch? It s just odd how the case status quickly changed from RFE to Approved before I was able to submit any evidence and even before I received the physical mail to see what additional evidence they might ve needed.
