US Immigration from Pakistan

Applied i130 for both mom and dad.. got an approval for dad and now paid the fee of NVC processing but can t submit his application anyone know why? Also why they didn t opened my mom s case yet?

Hi I immigrated to the US a while back now but never updated my address with USCIS. I know I need to file an AR-11 but does my USC spouse also need to file something separately? Is there anything else to the process that I am missing?

I uploaded my past 3 tax transcripts and NVC accept the first two but keep denying my latest one. I don't understand how or why. They claim it's missing or incomplete but I got this transcript from the IRS website and scanned it and uploaded it 3 times and they still deny it. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE IM SO READY TO BE FREE FROM NVC'S CLUTCHES

Single male, no kids. Never travelled outside of USA since I arrived in USA and don t plan to either as PR.

I hired an attorney to process my PR so I will be using the same attorney to apply for Naturalization.
