US Immigration from Pakistan

Hello everyone.I hope everybody having great week. Little back info , my conditional GC expires on January 26,2023 and my 90 day period for filing starts right after October 26.2022.Meanwhile I need to travel urgently overseas to finish my last semester but I am holding on to it because of I-171 Filing. My semester ends in February 2023.So my question is

1) Can I travel without extension letter and my wife can mail it to me while I am in overseas ?

2) What should I do for finger prints because I ll be in overseas while I receive fingerprints notice from USCIS ? Is there any alternative to do em with US embassy overseas

3) what are possible risks involved on my return if any .

I currently live in UAE with my husband and we are starting the process of applying for CR-1. We originally filed for K-1 back in August 2021 but that process was taking forever (our case still hasn't even been looked at) so we got married a few months back. One thing I am confused about is, does the US embassy in Abu Dhabi accept the physical application? Like do I drop it off there? Or do I need to mail it to the US from here? Thanks.

I need to know to how to send a letter or email of complaint to the US Islamabad Embassy about someone who is doing fraud marriages and ruining women s lives. This is his third marriage and he has abandoned his second wife in between without an official divorce (basically lied on the application that he was only married once prior). I have his name, date of birth and full address in the US. I am not sure if I need his passport number as well. Please be kind when responding since these are the type of cases that ruin it for everyone else who are genuinely married.

So I have applied with USCIS for 1-30 and its almost a year on September 23 that we submitted our case but have yet to hear back. Is there a reason its taking so long for the case to process? I have seen several other people timeline and they got approved in months but ours is taking a very long time. The case status website says Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS as of February 15 of this year. Any advice on what we can do to expedite our case in any way. TIA
