US Immigration from Pakistan

I m filling out form DS 260 for my dad and there is a question that is your spouse immigrating to the US with you and is she immigrating to the use at a later date to join you

what should I select because my mom s I130 haven t approved yet?

In 2005 my brother filed petition for my mother and she came to USA (IR5), got her greencard and went back after one month. She never came back.

Her 10 year greencard expired in 2015.

Fast forward 2022: I want to bring my mother to USA as being a US citizen myself.

Do I start all over again and file I-130 petition for her so she gets a new visa and a new green card when she comes.

Or since she already had one I need to file I-90 to renew her greencard? And give explanation why she never came back(its been too long).

Has anyone here ever been through such a situation when you apply for visa again after getting a greencard? Or is there any other post I can relate to?

It seems like it s only letting me submit one year tax returns if I add other year s tax return, previous one automatically removed

but I m able to add all three years tax in additional documents..also I don t have transcripts for 2021 so I m gonna upload the tax returns of 2021 but file size is so large how can I make it to 2MB

A female friend of mine who applied for her fianc a K1 visa. After his arrival and getting married to him, she applied for his work permit and AOS. He has been abusive toward her, now she is pregnant as well. He has threaten her that she will face consequences for disobeying him. She is afraid that he will leave her once he get his green card and US citizenship. Even though he is doing all this she does not want him to go back or leave her.
she is asking what can she do to hold his green card? But not stop him from getting work permit.

Hello everyone.I hope everybody having great week. Little back info , my conditional GC expires on January 26,2023 and my 90 day period for filing starts right after October 26.2022.Meanwhile I need to travel urgently overseas to finish my last semester but I am holding on to it because of I-171 Filing. My semester ends in February 2023.So my question is

1) Can I travel without extension letter and my wife can mail it to me while I am in overseas ?

2) What should I do for finger prints because I ll be in overseas while I receive fingerprints notice from USCIS ? Is there any alternative to do em with US embassy overseas

3) what are possible risks involved on my return if any .
