Hey. My Fianc (petitioner) have applied for K1 visa for USA. We are first cousins. My fianc lives in a state that doesn't allow cousin marriage. We have signed an affidavit that states that we are planning to get marry in a State that allows cousin marriages and won't break any law. Has anyone gone through same situation and still got the visa? Or do you know some

one else how faced same situation like us. Any suggestion or advise will be appreciated. Thank you

After issued my IR1 visa the embassy called me after 10 days and they told me that we need your passport back because of some technical issue, you can't travel, i submitted my passport but still my visa status is issued, no reply from them, what ll happened? Anybody had this happened before?

Has anyone taken oath for naturalization at Campbell Education Center Houston? Can you please share your experience? Heard oath taking at USCIS takes much less time as compared to Campbell Education Center. What is the parking situation and are there more than one entrances in the building and what enterance is used for naturalization ceremony and is it OK to be late as I heard it is a long wait till start of ceremony.
