Hi when you file I -407 abandonment of permanent residence by mail, do you get a confirmation for it?

So I came to US in Feb 2020, now in Nov. I became eligible to file for N400 application (Married to a US citizen so 3 year rule applies). I submitted the application yesterday.

Now the question is I only have 2 years of tax returns, 2020 2021& we cannot file 2022 returns yet. Is there going to be a problem with this or I can just take the third year tax returns to my interview?

I m a USC, applied for parents GC i130 app on Jan 15th 2022,

put in 485 application on Feb 6 2022

biometric on March 25 2022

got interview call on Dec 7 last week for interview on Jan 6 2023.

does anyone know what they ask for on interview to parents or what the process is.

Update. I had sent I-751 folder on October 28,2022. Fingerprints appointment was for November 28,2022, interview was waived off & case was approved on the same day. December 1st new card is being produced.December 6th received my green card. yay .I ll attach list of docs I submitted along with my petition. Hope it helps

Does anyone have any information how to revert back to maiden name while still married? There are no problems in marriage but the new married name is causing a lot of confusions(educational documentation, traveling). My AOS is still pending, I-485 is under process and case is at NBC.
