US Immigration from Pakistan

Hello,

I applied for K-1 visa from the U.S. My case has been approved by the USCIS and I have received a case number and welcome letter from the NVC. When I check my case status on CEAC, it says that "your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section." Should I tell my fianc to fill out the DS-160 Form or should I wait for the Islamabad Embassy to send my fianc something?

I plan to file a 1-130 form for my wife, who is a Pakistani national. However, after our marriage, she changed her last name on her passport and ID card, which means that the name on her marriage certificate and her passport/ID card does not match. Please advise me on what proof I must submit for the name change.

Has anyone travelled internationally having different married name on green card and maiden name or old name on foreign passport? I am planning to travel to UAE via emirates but my green card has married name. I asked emirates and they don t have any specific answer. Will I run into any problems?

Do I need the original Form DS-3053: "Statement of Consent" or my overseas spouse can scan and email it to me for our son passport. My husband is in Pakistan and will notirize the consent form at US consulate in Islamabad. I m just wondering once that s done can he scan and email it to me to submit with our newborn passport application or dose he needs to mail the original. The passport is kind of urgent.

i'm petitioner and i applied for my kids and they are under 10 years of age and my question is after entering into usa on ir2 are they getting citizenship certificate or green card ?and if they getting citizenship certificate how long do they have to stay in states with me to apply for passport?
