US Immigration from Pakistan

i'm petitioner and i applied for my kids and they are under 10 years of age and my question is after entering into usa on ir2 are they getting citizenship certificate or green card ?and if they getting citizenship certificate how long do they have to stay in states with me to apply for passport?

I am a US citizen. My father lives in another country. He has diabetes and prostate issues. I want to apply an emergency visa for him. I do understand that emergency visas are granted on medical basis, I can attach reports from his doctor with the emergency request, but my question is that how will it work here in US?

1. Do I need a doctor here as well before his arrival?

2. Do I need to buy insurance for him? Or he will qualify for medicare here? He is above 70.

3. Should I take the emergency route or should I call him on B1/B2?

Plz guide, lot of confusions in my mind.

We are Pakistani citizens and have a family application for F4 visa. The case is with the US Embassy in Islamabad. My wife (the primary applicant, age 42) and one of my daughters (age 17) have been asked to fill in DS5535 (this was on July 20th 2023). Neither I nor my other daughter (age 18) were asked to fill them out. We filled the forms for the wife and the daughter and sent them out on July 21 2023. The passport status (via email) says "no status available" (since July 22 2023). The US Travel Docs website shows no delivery information. Any ideas on how long the wait can be, because I have job interviews lined up in Cambridge in October. When can we expect our visas to come through?

Quick background: My wife a Pakistani citizen and I (US Citizen) are planning on going to Malaysia to celebrate her birthday before returning to USA for the first time for her (IR-1 visa). Her total process for visa approval took 2.5+ years, and she was given a 221g and ds-5535 to fill out after her interview at the ISL Embassy. My question is would us going to Malaysia together before coming to USA for her so she get can processed and officially become a LPR a bad idea? Would CBP give her extra scrutiny and/or can they even turn her away even with an IR-1 approved visa because she traveled before immigrating to USA and after DS-5535?
