US Immigration from Pakistan

My name on the petition has one name missing and it s in my embassy how can I correct it ? What will I will get rejected

Zain here from Pakistan, my sister who is US national, applied for my immigration from the US. I'm married and have 5 children (21 years older and younger). It's been 8-9 years since the waiting time going on.
Please guide me on how much time it usually takes to get to the US with the whole family as I've been in the waiting phase for a long time.

Can anyone please chime in and guide me through the following scenario:

If a sibling of the IR1 beneficiary overstays their US Visit Visa and/or crosses border and goes to canada to seek asylum there, will this decision/process cause any issue for the beneficiary of IR1 who is waiting for their spousal visa while all this happens?

K2 AOS (form question: do I put the parental K1 USCIS number on 485 form, page2, item 11? Or do I leave it blank since that number was issued for the K1 (parent). Child is 10 years old. I do see that later in the form, there is a distinction between principal and derivative applicants and that part is clear how to fill out.

For those they chose the lawyer/attorney route for whatever reason. How much were your fees not counting the $725 for N-400 and Biometric?
