US Immigration from Pakistan

My father submitted my case in December 2006, which was denied in November 2010. Then after a pending decision, it was approved in October 2012. My father passed away in July 2011. Since then, my case has been approved, and NVC has sent the Case and Invoice number this week. In 2018, my brother also submitted a humanitarian reinstatement application to USCIS, but we haven't received a response yet. In NVC, the case is showing under my father's name, and the substitute petitioner is not showing. I need your assistance in finding a solution to this issue. Please help me.

Hi, I met him in a Facebook chat in January of 2021 we, have chatted twice a day since then. He tried to get a student visa and a tourist visa but was denied. We met up in Europe last fall for 10 days. Now we are applying for a Fianc (I 129F). I have filled out the paperwork to the best of my ability. Is there anything I should know? There is a large age gap between us. Will they think it's fake (he is 27 I'm 59) Will this be exposed to the public? He, is a public figure known throughout his country. I read the directions very carefully, but I thought someone might have an inside option. Any advice would be great.

So I submitted the I-130 for my wife and currently it says that it states is the Application is currently being reviewed by the USCIS. I was wondering would it possible at this time to have my wife apply for a visit visa in the US and come to the US; additionally is she did apply and was given a visit visa would it impact the I-130 submitted for her in a negative way.

1. Is there any way to find out the approval date of I130 without filing I-824 to get a duplicate one? I think we lost ours and now need that to determine the cspa age!
Is it the same date when the case was fwded from USCIS to NVC?

2. when does the age freeze for kids? When the case is sent to NVC or when the interview is scheduled at the embassy?

3. any idea about the current F3/ F4 interview dates?

Hey guys I have a question. Someone raised concerns about their tax return being filed single on a visa chat forum. I went to Jackson Hewitt every year and told them I'm married to a pakistani and trying to bring him to the States and they filed me as single every year. Is this a problem? I assumed not cause I'm documentarily qualified so the NVC approved my tax returns (tax transcripts I should say)
