US Immigration from Pakistan

Hey guys I have a question. Someone raised concerns about their tax return being filed single on a visa chat forum. I went to Jackson Hewitt every year and told them I'm married to a pakistani and trying to bring him to the States and they filed me as single every year. Is this a problem? I assumed not cause I'm documentarily qualified so the NVC approved my tax returns (tax transcripts I should say)

The DS-260 form was filled and submitted to NVC in March 2022. We got DQd in May 2022. We received our Interview Letter today. Interview is scheduled for March 2024. Should the form DS-260 be updated or the old one would suffice? Does it have an expiration date?

Hello. My N-400 interview is on 3/21/24.

I need to order tax transcripts. I have not filed a Federal Tax Return for 2023 yet so I would order the years 2018-2022? If so, do I get this from the IRS site? What is the best method to get them before my interview date?

Lawyer and I did not submit any tax info when we filed. He recommended to wait. I did not get RFIE/RFE either.

I am a US citizen and I recently applied for my father's immigration in February 2023. My father is currently in Pakistan and USCIS approved the petition in January 2024. Yesterday, I received an update from NVC that they have created his case. I have a question regarding the I-864 form. I am currently unemployed and dependent on my wife. We both file tax returns jointly and I want to know who to include in the "3 most recent tax" (24.a)section of I-864, which requires the annual gross income. Should I put zeros in this section since I'm unemployed, or should I include my wife's annual gross income since we file tax returns jointly? Additionally, I discovered that I have to submit the I-864A along with my I-864 form because I'm using my wife as a household member's income to sponsor my father. Can you confirm whether this is correct or not?

Hello Everyone I have a Question and update on my Father's petition. Last year on February 2023 I filed an I-130 for my father and after a year USCIS approved my petition in January 2024. Today NVC sent me an email update that they have created his case and I have to pay the online fees of AOS and IV. I want to pay the fee through my personal checking account however I am confused with the phrase "Business Name". What I should put here my bank name or something else? Please help me. Thanks!!
