US Immigration from Pakistan

I have a question about kids under 18 years.I want to know that my kids under 18 are going to get green cards or passports when they arrive here or do i need to file any kind of papers to get them passport and petitioner is citizen .

We are getting anxious out here waiting for news on the i-130 we filed last April and we know one of the next steps is to file the i-864. However, everything I see online says they can take another 8+ months to process that form? Did we screw up our timeline and we are going to be stuck abroad longer waiting for them to process the financial documents?

Hello everyone, after so many years I'm back to my favorite place for information. This time to help a friend who has overstay visa. However after several years, has married a US Citizen. I'm thinking with this she can apply and obtain a green card. Am I correct and what form is applicable? I485 as she is already in the US. Thanks so much and sorry I tried a search.

This question is for anyone who has submitted an IR app for a Pakistani beneficiary. Does anyone know if the IR (I-130) interview occurs in KArachi as well or is it only in Islamabad?

Hello. I have a previous address where I lived in the SSS registration card as well as middle name (I don t use it) on it.

Would that be an issue at the interview?

Was anyone asked to provide SSS proof at the interview?
