US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi everyone, husband had interview in 2019 August. They kept passport, asked for few documents, we uploaded then That BAN happened. Now on Ceac website it s showing to submit the DS260 form again then civil documents. My question is that after one year DS260 expires? How can I resubmit again ? Do I have to delete the old one? Or just make the changes to old one and submit that again?

I have an IR-1 visa interview on 18th of March 2021 at US embassy islamabad.

I would like to request whoever reading my that post to please pray for me and guide me about the interview if possible.

F4 immigrant visa case was filed in December, 2014.

RFE was received in September 2020.

Response to RFE was submitted and received to USCIS on 30 November, 2020.

As per RFE the adjudicator at USCIS has to expedite the case within 60 days. But it's been more than 94 days but not result from USCIS.

Can anyone please guide what to do next to expedite the case from USCIS.

Hi friends, i entered USA on January 26/2021. I haven t received my SSN and GC yet. I set in person appointment in SSN office on February 19. It s been 3 weeks waiting for my SSN from appointment day and a month and half in STATES. I tried calling SSN office every 3 days and there is no help at all. They say their computer system isn t showing any record. People sitting in office neither have any idea nor even listen your questions properly. This is terribly frustrating What should I do ? Anyone has answer or gone through it?Appreciate your help.

The F-4 category immigrant visa case having No. starting from EAC---- was filed in Dec 2014. We received a Request for Evidence in September 2020 in which an option to conduct DNA testing between the petitioner and applicant was provided.

We opt to undergo the DNA testing and an AABB approved laboratory M/s LabCorp (Laboratory Corporation of America) took the DNA sample of petitioner in America whereas the DNA testing kit was shipped at US Consulate Karachi by the LabCorp via FedEx for the DNA specimen collection of applicant (Sibling) which was delivered to Consulate in Karachi on 17 November, 2020.

The next step is to schedule an appointment for collection of DNA sample and we are waiting for it since November, 2020.
