US Immigration from Pakistan

Hello everyone

I am asking on behalf of my brother. His Noa 1 receipt date was Oct 6 2020 and it went to California center. He finally got some movement but they have requested for additional documents from him. He and his fiance, who is also my first cousin, known eachother their whole lived and they are requesting for additional evidence of their engagement and how they are first cousin. What I wanted to know what the acceptable or permissible evidence for that?

They have requested additional information as well, mainly affidavits from others who were present and assurance of bona fide marriage intentions once in USA.

If someone had experience with first marriage cousin cases or has similar one, your help would be appreciated.

Just Wondering if anyone had a idea for how long Administrative Processing on a Expedited case will take? They requested a different birth certificate and more domicile documents from me (living abroad with my husband) my husbands interview was May 21st and the Monday after(3 days later) we submitted all the documents.

My husband applied for form i-130 in October 2020, I was supposed to get a response on may 22nd but I didn't.

I was thinking if I apply for visit visa to visit my husband in USA, will I get the visit visa or does it effect my case? Please guide.

I wanna know at the embassy stage court marriage can be a red flag or they gonna ask why we got married in court instead at home or church?
