US Immigration from Pakistan

Happy Friday VJ folks!

What a frustrating and slow process this has been. We filed AoS in September 2020, sent RFE in March 2021, and nothing since except receiving a courtesy letter two weeks ago for not having submitted the I-693 with the AoS packet. I live in Texas so our tax deadline was extended till mid-June due to the winter storm. Here are a couple questions:

• Do I need to file an extension as Married Filing Separately, and once my wife has an SSN, amend tax return as Married Filing Jointly?
• What if we are still waiting for her to be issued an SSN by October - does it mean she will not be listed in tax return for 2020 and also miss out on the stimulus checks as well?

What has been your experience with the Ombudsman office for cases outside normal processing at USCIS? Did it help your case? Thanks.

We are about to file N400 online every thing is done but I just noticed in download PDF file to recheck that:

Part 12 Additional Information About You;

Question 13 (A, B and C) are not check box (It's empty), and I went back on my N400 online application it's not appear for "Yes"/"No" any more!

Please advice?

I have question about Marriage Certificate of my parents like the situation is following as

Parent's Marriage Registration date on Nikahnama: 03-0ct-1977

Groom Age: 20 Year

Bride Age: 18 Year

English Marriage Certificate: 03-0ct-1977

Groom Age: 23-Nov-1959

Bride Age: 08-Jun-1964

My brother have applied for my immigration and now he want to upload civil documents on website. Anyone could guide me whether police certificate is required from Pakistan or not because my brother have uploaded for my parents and NVC accepted the documents and if they don't need it then they should reject rather than accept.

I will appreciate your feedback.

I know on the website it has mentioned they don't required but i want to make it confirm from those who recently got approval and give interview so only latest member reply please.
