We forgot to include the passport photographs and I-94 for the I-765 and I-131 but we included them together with all other supporting documents on the I-485 as we filed all these applications together.
What could be the possible scenario for this or how do we include the missing documents ?

Hi everyone,

I need some advice please, my Green card expires March 4 of this year. I filed the packet to the AZ lockbox via USPS on January 2. It was delivered on the 5th.

I haven t received any notification from USCIS .. and yes I attached the G-1145. I m a little worried. Today is day 7 of the packet being delivered.

Pls can I still file for adjustment of status I-485, I-765 and I-131 forms together on the same fee for I-485 ? I mean the three forms for only the AOS fee of $1,140 plus biometric of $85 ?

Saw that i-765 and I-131 filing is free if filed together with I-485, I need to confirm this statement pls.
And when is the new proposed fee rule will take effect ?

And what evidences do I need to include in all these filings.
