I have waited for so long, finally few days ago my NVC status shows case in Transit to my Consulate in Nigeria. Today it changes to Case Ready.

Now I totally confused as to what next for me to complete my finance K1 application complete for interview. i have not pay any fees yet, and no welcome letter.

Please anyone know what my next step is ?

And how long it will take for embassy in Nigeria to schedule my fiance for interview .

I need help as i do not know what else to do. My mum was scheduled for an interview, and we got an email that we should create a free account on ustraveldocs.com for her information and delivery of her document after the interview, the account was created and it later took us to where to schedule an interview date where it says no interview date at the moment. Do i need to be worry about that since she got her interview date scheduled. Second question is that, she will need an interpreter doing the interview, how do we inform the embassy about that. pls help this is urgent. Cant wait to hear from you all. Thanks

My stepson was recently documentarily qualified with NVC. We are now awaiting an interview date. I know that that this is not a fast process because I went through this process with my husband not long ago. I was however curious of anyone recent experience though. He will be interviewed through the Nigerian embassy in Lagos. Any ideas of what the wait time on an interview with the embassy currently is? He is only 6 and currently staying with his uncle because his mother passed away last year. We want him hear as soon as possible but know we also have to use patience.

We were curious about any updates regarding the current wait times for appointment dates at the Sydney consulate. We were recently notified that we have been deemed documentarily qualified, and we are interested in getting an estimate of how long we might expect to wait for an appointment.

Hello everyone, please I need your help. I marries my husband in September 29, 2022,we have both been married before then and we filed Adjustment of status in November 9, 2022. We got rfe in same in month November 30, 2022 and we replied in December 9, 2022. He received his EAD in July 29, 2023 and since then, we haven't heard from uscis. My question is when is likely for us to be scheduled for interview. Thank you
