US Immigration from Nigeria

Hi, so my dad had a child outside wedlock , after I was born, my mom accepted the child and we are family , I take care of him like my other family,

my question when my mom filed for b1/b2 visa not sure he was listed in it, should I list him on the i130?
He and my brother don t have same surname, he actually has the family surname my bio brother has my fathers first name as his surname

Does this matter ?

Hi, When filing i130 for parents should I should I choose for adjustment of status inside the US or outside the US ?
Ps: My parents are not in the US at the moment

2. Is it just the i130 form i need to file? Or any other accompanying form

Can he file while he is out of job , he is working on getting another job sooner

Can we still go ahead to summit our form ,is it advisable to summit the I-129F

or he should wait still when he gets a job before filing it

Hi all, I just became a US citizen two weeks ago and I am ready to file for my parents , my case is pretty straight forward and I am still married with my US citizen husband and naturalized via 3 years rule(i485,i765,n400 all self filed and no issues)

My question is

1. do I need a lawyer for this process?
2. Is it complicated or different? Since different steps are involved?

3. Anyone that recently did this from Nigeria what was your timeline?

Joint sponsors spouse decline to sign form i-864A.

Joint sponsor makes sufficient funds independently (an MD), but files tax jointly with his spouse. nvc asked for i-864a from spouse but declined to sign.

Don't know anyone else who can be a joint sponsor. This is the only person we got. Would appreciate suggestion for best course of action. Thanks
