hello, i have a question about the i 864, what income do they base it upon? the current yr of 2025 of 2024 tax year? and also is the total income before deductions or after deductions for those that have business on the side.

Starting a thread for July 2025 filers.

I filed my AOS packet via FedEx on July 1st 2025.

Delivered to USCIS on Thursday morning July 3rd.

Awaiting text notification, cashed filing fees, receipt notice, biometrics, EAD card, interview notice and approval.

Just wondering if any one here kmow how the processing work for form 1 600 . How long it takes after fingerprints to receive receipt number that will enable daily checking on the status. It has been 3 weeks after fingerprints no reply from USCIS. Just worried.

I'm new here and came here to explore my options of k1 or spousal visa. The first thing I noticed is that there are no upcoming interviews. Is the backlog in Nigeria this severe?
