Hey Everyone, I m here again lol. We submitted our i485 September 2019 with just my wife and I on the affidavit of support. We have a child now, so we need to submit a new affidavit of support to include our baby during AOS interview. My question:

1. Do we have to fill the i944 declaration of self sufficiency?

2. I ve been working full time for over 7 months now, can we add my income for the household income for the new affidavit of support?

Please I'll appreciate a clarification on an issue I'm currently dealing with.
So my husband filed for me since Feb and we got the approval from USCIS this week. However, he retired from his job last month as active duty military but has monthly entitlement of $1,700.
Do we need to get a joint sponsor for the NVC stage or can we just proceed with his tax filing seeing that he still has a source of income though not as much as it was before retirement.

I made $26,000 in 2019 and i filled my taxes as single. But i lost my job in July 2020.
Do i need to find a sponsor for my spouse application at NVC stage?

My brother filed his N-600 since 2019 March and after being stuck on "processing" status for a year, then some challenges with us not getting the mail they supposedly sent in June and finally getting them to email the request for initial evidence letter,

we spoke to the USCIS today and the Tier 2 agent said my brother is currently on queue to be scheduled for a ceremony...But we filed the N600 and from what I'm seeing, there's no ceremony for these ones? The agent said they seem to have everything they need on their end.
On September 11 the case status said a request for more evidence was sent but we never received it which was why we called today. But the agent said no letter seems to have been sent at all and that he's not seeing anything generated on his end.
But he did say that everything looks set and that he is on the queue for a ceremony???

Anyone have any insight or experience with this?
