Have anyone received this type of notice from USCIS and by the way USCIS cancel my N400 interview. We have approved your I-751, Petition ot Remove Conditions on Residence. Our records also indicate we have approved your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Because we also approved your N-400, you will not receive a new Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card). Instead, once you have taken the Oath of Allegiance, you will receive a Certificate of Naturalization, which wil be proof of your US.. citizenship. Please what s the timeframe for I-160, our attorney filed for it in March 2024.. can it be expedited & on what grounds please? Firstly, I need to know how long it takes on average to hear from Uscis regarding the I-160?

On 03/ 11/24 My mom s advanced parole (I-797) was approved and she traveled and came to the USA. She is currently in the USA.

On 05/20/24, a request for evidence notice was sent to me (and I did not receive but got notice in USCIS acct. I just saw it this week. The response deadline was 06/24/24. I did not respond because I did not see this on time.

On 07/09/24, I received an USCIS email notifying me that my I-130 application was canceled due to lack of response from my side.

On 07/13/, we received a USCIS letter denying my mother s I-485.

Is this a valid reason for an expedite request at the NVC level? Can anyone think of any details or supporting evidence I should provide to strengthen my expedite request?

My wife and I recently had a child in Feb of 2024. However, my wife has been struggling with depression and she is unable to receive assistance from her family members so I the petitioner had to go to my wife's country to provide assistance. My wife has been provided a prescription for postnatal depression and I have to assist with childcare. Our child is a US citizen and has received his CRBA certificate and passport. I have to return to the States for a work conference but my son will need to continue to receive care. My company has invested significant resources into this event and I must be there. I can provide my wife's medical records, and my itinery for my business trip. I will be unable to care for my child during this business trip but my wife needs assistance as well. My son and I are both US citizens. If it helps my wifes case will be going to the US embassy in Lagos Nigeria.
