Did the US Embassy in Lagos Nigeria commenced interviews for applicants on Oct 5th as stated on the website earlier?

1. Tax transcript from 2019,2018,2017

2. Paystub from the last three months

3. joint bank account

On my final steps for assembling hubby's green card renewal

I just realized that the instructions did not specify if photocopied items should be in color or black and white? and also didn't say if I had to magnify the photos or not.

In particular

We need to make copies of the green card and our son's birth certificate.

Is there any format that's causing issues with RFEs? I was going to make standard color copies at my home...

Please has anyone been assigned interview date or does anyone know if Interview is currently ongoing at Lagos Embassy?

My passport and national ID and I did and since then am not receiving any news them give me later of approval that day. I mean during interview. Consular told me I approve... Can I call them or coronavirus pandemic affect my case.. And my status show ready and last month is change to refuse...
