Nigerian citizens living in other countries are getting CR1 visa

It looks like Nigerian citizens who live in other countries are getting interviews and visa for CR1. Someone I know have an up coming scheduled interview in another consulate not in Nigeria 1st week of December. I see another timeline for Nigerian in Armenia. This is depressing.

My name is Solomon i did filed forms I360 and I 485 August 2017 .

August 2019 USCIS requested additional for evidence which I did responded to.

August 2020 i did request the services of congressman to request for the status of my case and they did replied saying that they doing security check unfortunately they can not ascertain when it will be completed . And is frustrating

I want to know if any person have such a similar issues and how long does it take to be resolved or what next are my supposed to do to get it expedite
