Hello, I wasn't sure which preset title to select so I selected this one. I'm in the process of filing for divorce. My husband and I have been married 2 years since october. He's only been in the usa since Feb 2020 so 9 months. Do I need to report the divorce to uscis? Can and how do I request to remove my sponsorship? Will he be deported?

I currently live in an apartment but my address on my license and for everything else is registered to my parent's address. I do not plan on changing the address to my apartment. Everything I apply for, jobs, insurance, etc. I use my parent's address. But for the spousal application should I use my own address or my parent's address?

Why in the world does USCIS do this. Request the very thing you sent them. Like what in the world. Also what do you do when they ask for affidavits of explanations why family members (parents, siblings) were not at the wedding) and noratized? How detailed should it be or is something like this below okay. Dear Sir or Madame: This letter is written in support of my INSERT RELATIONSHIP with INSERT NAME and HIS OR HER HUSBAND / WIFE, NAME. They live together at INSERT ADDRESS. I have known NAME for (NUMBER) years. On DATE, NAME married HIS/HER fianc NAME in a civil (or religious) ceremony in STATE. (For example, NAMES selected me, to serve as a witness to the marriage OR I know NAMES as they are my neighbors or NAME is my co worker). INSERT REASON FAMILY DID NOT ATTEND THE WEDDING AND OTHER DETAILS OF HOW THIS PERSON OR FAMILY MEMBER SPENT TIME WITH YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE. THE POINT OF THIS LETTER IS TO SHOW THAT YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE PRESENT YOURSELVES TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS A MARRIED COUPLE. EVEN IF THEY WEREN'T AT THE WEDDING. I support NAME & NAME s marriage and welcome NAME to our family (or friendship). Signed and certified this _______ of MONTH 2020__: __________________________________________

Hello. Please I need your help answering my questions. I will be grateful with any help you can provide. Adjusting from B1 visa. Back story, My US citizen husband and I got married in May, 2019. He filed I-130 on my behalf in November, 2019 ( the mistake we made was that we didn t file I-485 concurrently). I received an order from ICE in January, 2020 because I was out of status. We realized our mistake and decided to file AOS in July, 2020. First week of November, I received a notice from USCIS stating that my AOS case was administratively closed because I am in removal proceedings. At the same time, my EAD was approved a day before the administrative closure. Now I am worried that I won't receive my EAD card. My initial master hearing is scheduled for July 2021. I have some questions: 1. Will I receive my EAD card, since it was approved a day before my AOS was closed? I am Still waiting for biometrics appointment. 2. Does anyone know an affordable lawyer who could help me put together the required documents for filling with the Immigration court? At this time, I am not looking for a lawyer who would represent me in court because there is a high probability that I will be moving before my next court date. Thank you.
