Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well! Please I have a few questions I would like to get answers to before we begin the process of filing. Regarding getting a sponsor, we got one. He is married with three children and in our case, I will be petitioning for my fiance and three children, our question is, will they be factoring in the numbers of people in his family versus the numbers of people on the petition? In other words, will he have to be making an income that covers 9 people? Thank you for your responses.

I am filling out the affidavit of support I-864 I am the sponsor (wife) and the DS-5540 Public Charge Questionnaire. My husband is in Nigeria. I will wet sign, he will wet sign and scan it to me. I have a letter from work for employment and health insurance. I will submit it to the NVC. Does my husband need all the originals? If so does anyone know a ruff estimate of the cost for a letters to be sent to Nigeria? Or is there another way to do this. I have an idea but I won't type it. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Did anyone include a Sponsor Letter with their application, the letter mentioning how you met your spouse, relationship information, marriage, etc? If so, is there any mandatory information that needs to be included in the letter besides the basics?

Please, advice, i submitted my Form I-751(Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence) 23 days earlier from the 90 days window. Note that they (USCIS) had already sent me 2 communications after they received my application. first was the receipt notice extending my resident status for another 18 months from the expiration date and the 2nd notice confirming that they have my biometrics already and that will be used so i wont be needing to go for another. This was good news to me not until today when i received another mail (Decision) from UCIS stating that i applied earlier than the 90 days window. Hence, i'll have to put in a new application with fees again. Please, can i appeal this if so how. thanks.
